Joe Fresh almost always casts established Canadian models (Heather Marks, Meghan, Alanna etc.) and I can only think of one legendary Canadian model... (besides Linda, but I highly doubt that?)

Joe Fresh is a Canadian clothing brand... that is sold at a groceries stores lol (Well here in B.C. anyways)

No, I doubt that because she was working with I&V in Mexico when it happened. The Cavalli campaign was shot in the forest by I&V, so it's likely that's where she got it. And I think that Vogue Paris shoot was shot somewhere in Paris, with M&M and the hair stylist wasn't Christiaan.
