I never really bought fashion mags until about 3 years ago when i got into models and designers...anyways, my mom and my aunt used to always by flare and all that and now i get sad when I think of all the possible early Heather/Stam/Daria work that I missed out on. My aunt would always let me look through them when I was at her house too

I also miss a lot of things. I bought those mag from used book stores. I was pretty lucky to find those (especially Flare & Fashion mag). Ebay has helped me too!

^I agree with that. She's always pretty. Maybe she's prettier without her platinum blond hair, but still gorgeous. Some people find that Daria has changed since her Lacome contract, but I don't think she had changed that much physically (in my opinion of course)

I don't think she's physically changed either. It's really not her fault that Lancome decided to airbrush the crap out of her face. If you want to hire someone with a face like Daria's, why take away the life from her features just to please the mainstream audience?

Ok I understand what you meant. It's true that Daria seem a little bit more bored on the catwalk. Maybe she needs more challenges and Fashion shows are really hard for models I think. We don't see Kate, Gisele doing catwalk anymore because they are a little step higher in the Fashion industry... maybe Daria would like to stop. I hope not though, because I love to see her in Fashion Shows (event if she seems bored, she still look beautiful IMO)

For Lacome, I think every cosmetics ads are hairburshed (not just Daria) Erin Wasson, Jessica Miller are hairburshed too. I find Hairbrushing stupid, because they uglyer and less human.

well, guys, i think you must be blind!

it's not that she's changed physically (although she's gained weight), it's undeniable that she's been more or less the same since she was 16 or even before, maybe she was born 5'11!
the thing is that her attitude has deeply changed, her style in modeling... how can't you see that? think for instance of that pic from vogue spain - september 2005 - where she's sitting on a sort of chair... a pic like that wouldn't have been possible in 2004! think of "noches blanches" or whatever the title was... i mean, it's something beyond the photographers, something in her.

anyway, i don't want to repeat myself.

do expect a girl 'feeling like 40 years old' to pose like a teenage like Gemma (no offense)?
perhaps it's just that she's got more 'fire/passion' inside of her before she was feeling like a 40-yr-old woman
