WHY hasn't she done the VSFS?!?! i don't understand. and i don't need to read "she's too high fashion for it" or whatever else. she has the potential to be as big as GISELE if she lets herself cross over to the mainstream. and the HF world won't give up on her - she's still their fav. look at all the other popular HF girls who've done VS and still get tons of work - Carmen, Angela, Raquel, Isabeli, Trentini, Poly, etc etc.

i definitely don't believe for a second that Daria hasn't been asked. but i'm not sure if i understand her reasons for not wanting to be on the show. she is obviously not shy about her body (*as evidenced in the pics above or numerous other editorials*) and she doesn't seem to mind doing more commercial endorsements like Lancome or H&M or even laddy mags like GQ...

I agree with you. Isn't the rumor that she was approached by VS but went with Lancome instead? (Not sure why she couldn't do both.)

She, along with Doutzen and Hilary, would return VS to the high-fashion lingerie line it once was. Plus, she's CHARMING! She could be BIGGER than VS.

From what I understand, at this point, is she might be too expensive for VS

Probably yes! I would like to see her doing the show and some pix from the catalog, but I don't want to see her being an Angel as Gisele, Adrianna Lima or Karolina K.

i don't think daria want to be a star. She prefers keeping a low profile... But we"ll see if she does the vsfs show. I hope not...

i don't agree but i can understand that you may like the idea to see daria in that grotesque tacky show, but if you say that daria is a huge star in waiting, well... er, not, it's not only a matter of disagreement from personal opinions. it's that if you want her to be a gisele or go mainstream, you seem not to appreciate daria's constant effort to have a low profile, to stay away from spotlight. (for instance, did you count how many events she went to this year apart those she had to? counting is easy: zero! or did you realise how private she is about her personal life?)
ultimately imo you don't seem to know her career so much. daria had her chance to become a real star in 2004, everything looked ready for her, she was the it-girl and stuff. she didn't make it and personally i'm very happy abuot it.

it was an H&M ad, I was walking downtown and saw the bus go by, I was so shocked I dropped all my things.
