I usually don't post about encounters, but I had the privilege of meeting Daria in person tonight at Bergdorf Goodman, and she was truly, truly the most gracious and lovely woman one can imagine I mentioned to her that she was amazing for accepting that award while wearing a cast, and she laughed and said that her mom was a bit embarrassed because she swore on stage during her speech
