I see nothing different than her previous editorials,what makes you think it is something new after "boring" stuff...what boring stuff any way?

in my not humble opinion p) recent boring stuff = lancome + vogue america + v = everything trying to hide her peculiar gender daring/tomboysh erotism without the strenght to create an intriguing feminine character (like in some of meisel's works for instance).

at least the team i&v+emmanuelle alt always plays it a bit harder, but recently there was a certain sense of routine and slight boredom. this new editorial instead explores her nudity in a more emotional and genuine way. i remember when 'in love' was out, there was a blog commenter who said that maybe the step beyond in her modeling was a new use of her nudity, like that editorial (despite pointless segura) was showing. this new ed is a perfect example of it and that is why it is very different from i&v's recent works.

all that beig said, i acknowledge that lancome pays her bills and that fortunately her body language destroys any normalisation. and i hope one day what things will better confirm what i have said for years!
