Daria has an editorial in the new Vogue Paris april 2006.

Noces Blanches - Daria in white in various nature scenes; Ph. Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin

I can't wait to see it. I love editorials in nature. haha. :P:D

Yup... As usual, all the high society women will be rushing to the stores asking for the McQueen Pigeon Hat to wear for lunch at the Four Seasons!... I must be missing something here...

pigeons are the little scummy things that swarm around the streets, why would you touch one, let alone put it on your head!?

^^ Yeah, didn't they have a big store open in HK last year..? Good bet they're there or they'd know what's up! Maybe Getty will have some session shots like they did when they shot in SoHo last year...!

Tell Chanel we need to know!!! :->

well, as far as i know, Karl would only stay in HK for 2days and by now, he's probably gone. as these 2 days are raining and gloomy in HK, i dont think they cant shoot anything. plus, there's no sign of Daria from the press yet. so, i guess the shooting wont take place in HK, even though the new beautiful, grand Chanel show just opened not long ago.

i've tried to find some phone no. from Lancome/Chanel and found that they have no office in HK. so, i figured that even if i do call them(the stores), they either dont know about it/ wont tell me:(

however, there's still a chance that she'll come since it's just few hours away from Tokyo, GOD! ANY INSIDER/WHATSOEVER CAN TELL ME WILL SHE COME???? tell me, and i'll go and try to spot her anywhere!

 Ha -- this is waaaay too funny. I saw this posted yesterday and was eagerly anticipating the comments. Well, clean or not clean, it's still kind of gross to me, too. Perhaps the folks at Alexander McQueen found it charming in a Venetian sort of way. I don't know. It's just that it reminds me of when I used to duck for cover whenever the pigeons were around while I was living in San Francisco. And yes, Eword, Daria looks very enthused!

^^ You know, as horrible as it would be, I wouldn't be at all suprised to hear that Daria was packing up the modeling soon..I know she wants to get back to her art, money can not be a problem, and she just looks like she's not really into it anymore...Just the sense I get recently..:(

drawing if I'm not mistaken... But yes, she seems to have had enough. It's always better to keep doing things you really like. Although catwalk is thougher!

I read that she is planning to stop modelling at 27 y.o.

what?! she is not modeling? That shock me a lot!! How can she give it up!!!???? I can't believe it.

No, she hasn't quit. Not yet anyway. It's all speculation. But many of us wouldn't be surprised if she gave up the catwalk soon. She's reached the top and really has no reason to keep on doing the more tedious side of modeling...unless she really, really enjoys it.B)

No no...I said I wouldn't be suprised to hear that she had stopped in the near future... Some of her interviews she mentioned that she missed art and that less demanding lifestyle- and she sure doesn't look to thrilled in her runway shows the last few months...several paople have mentioned it recently...
And she did fall off the face of the earth for several months last year with no explaination that I've ever heard... Usually signs of losing interest, don't you think?

I seem to remember one of the big supermodels in the 80s getting a huge cosmetics contract (it may have been Cindy or Paulina) that paid something like a million a year and she was required to work something like 20 days a year for it!!! No fashion shows and constant travel...You could do a lot of drawing in your spare time!!;)
