all you say is very sweet and i am sorry i over reacted, I am just annoyed by the fact that some of us have to actually spend the money and buy the mags, while the rest sit in front of their computers and wait for the scans,which is quite unfair and I stopped scanning for other people anymore.
And by the way I buy all the magazines not to read them

Well, it's the first time I saw Vogue being sold in my town, it's only sold in a few bookstores.
But even though I never bought Vogue, I do watch FashionTV A LOT and I buy Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan and a lot of other magazines, I have read books about designers and their history, the beginnings of big brands, the 19th and 20th century and I spend a LOT of time looking for information about fashion-related subjects, I always keep up with Fashion Week and keep up with the latest trends.
I've only been on TFS for a week, but I knew about this place for months. Before I found out about it, I spent all my time searching for information myself, but now I can all find it here. I read threads and kept up with everything that happened here for weeks before I joined.
I honestly didn't join just because I thought this would be 'fun' but because I honestly am passionate about fashion. The things I can talk about here are things that the people around me never know about, when I told about LaCroix going down, 9 out of 10 people asked me who he was. I don't know anyone here who knows there are more models than just Adriana Lima, Gisele Bündchen and Alessandra Ambrosio.
So please don't assume that i'm here for the wrong reasons, just because I don't read Vogue.

^ well, a lot of members are very young and don't have all this money to spend for mags, so i think a bit of tellerance is very welcome. and personally i'm very grateful to those who scan mags, so that i can decide if i will buy the mag or not, even if there's daria in it.
and radolgc, why instead of buying all those mags, don't save some money to buy a scanner and give us scans of your beautiful daria collection?

i agree. i usually find out that daria is in a certain magazine by hearing it on here, and possibly seeing the scans. i can then decide if i want to buy that specific issue, most likely i do, but some i can't depending on whether the magazine is sold where i live. i think the more "serious" daria lovers will buy the actual magazine, but for those that just like her are fine enough with the scans. and in the long run, a few years from now we will be happy there are scans of the editorials/magazine covers because the magazine might no longer be available.

i have been a fan of Daria from the beginning. we both are canadian and i know her agent from when she started out. He was so excited about her. She was destined to be a star from the beginning. One thing about Daria is that she hasn't changed her look a considerable amount since she started modelling. Maybe she is simply too gorgeous-- photographers want her just the way she is! Her personality is so down to earth, and i feel as though she has stayed true to her intentions this whole time. I can't get enough of this beautiful woman. My heart will die the day i hear the word "retire" slip from her lips...
I'm someone who buys lots of magazines. But I don't mind doing scans to people who can't who don't want to buy those.
I can't buy all the fashion magazines in the world (because of the price or not available in my country), so I'm happy somebody else does and scans for me (in HQs).
