Yes I absolutely loved that editorial, and had a few of the photos on my myspace profile, but they were 'removed' for violating rules.

I think its very hot and sexual too, he may not be giving off body language that he's into it, but perhaps the photographer wanted him to not pose so much, to act natural, whilst Daria is in a series of dramatic poses, embracing him, all but dry-humping him, so it practically looks like she is the one 'IN LOVE'

Well daria worked with terry richardson and i don't think she was naked in one of the eds. Correct if i'm wrong. I only remember two eds in vogue paris and one in vogue nippon so i might forget something.

yeah, i agree that i don't like the fact she's the only one to be naked, but it's also true that her nudity is so unconventional and beyond stereotypes that i don't feel the pics as sexist. that's daria after all!

for those who don't know, photographers are inez & vinoodh.
btw, personally i like terry richardson a lot. he may be vulgar, in so far as it's sex itself to be vulgar at times... i mean, he's very direct, sincere and ironic about sex, which i like.
and what you miss in those pics is just sex. there are 2 naked/seminaked ppl but there's no sexual energy at all. and that's not only segura's fault... so again, nothing to be jealous about!

the two eds (2004 & 2007) in vogue paris are excellent.
i just think ppl are uneasy with richardson cos he just works on the unconfortable side of sex... that's why he's an artist. and i would love daria doing something more daring (and adult) with him.

so maybe in the end what i dont like in the i&v's editorial is that she is rather pointlessy naked. like she is doing nudity with no cause. if there would have been something really erotic or sexual, i would have appreciated it. its like there's a stereotyped image of sex on the beach, but with no substance at all.
