Interesting that Dazed already had COVID's hottest magazine trend nailed down 16 years ago. I'm sure this issue was probably a blip on the radar at the time. I certainly don't recall it. And yet, it's tons better than any of Farneti's multiple attempts this year.

My favourite throwback ad in this issue: The ever pioneering JPG for Le Beau Male, the world's first-ever makeup range for men. The line sadly shuttered in '09 but I think it laid the foundation for the huge market we have today.
