I certainly didn't pick Denisa for French Connection but I'm glad to see her get a campaign. Unfortunately, she doesn't have a NY showcard this season Hopefully she'll still do the shows.

Powerful beauty, she looks visually arresting in the Vogue Germany editorial. She's the best thing about that issue as far as I'm concerned. Her features work so well with black and white - there is something streamlined about her that just fits so well. I love the Daria comparisons, she and Ms. Werbowy should work together. V Magazine needs to have them reenacting Hilary and Jackie. I'd pay money to see that.

The switch to DNA is surprising. I agree with others that Denisa has lost a little bit of her buzz - she had the monumental Vogue Italia cover and then she's been working but hasn't had anything really on par with that since. Absolute shame as far as I'm concerned. How many times has she worked with Meisel? Just the once? Her look would be so perfect for so many projects - I can see her in Vogue Paris.

^She has worked with Meisel since the Vogue Italia cover last year.She was in the August editorial with Kasia ,Maryna ,and Magdalena, and in the black and white october editorial.

I agree though, she has such a nice look.And her first vI cover was stunning ,the first issue I ever bought.
