Devon Aoki and fiance James Bailey are expecting their first child together!

The 28-year-old model and heir to the Benihana restaurant chain recently got engaged to her boyfriend over the summer, according to the NY Post.

“Devon and James are extremely happy,” a rep for Devon confirmed. “They became engaged over the summer, and she has just found out she is pregnant.”

The rep also stated that Devon had just completed filming Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Undead and will most likely take a break for the pregnancy.

Devon Aoki Is Pregnant With Second Child -- See Her Baby Bump!

Hunter is getting a baby sister!
Supermodel and actress Devon Aoki is expecting her second child, a baby girl, with husband James Bailey in January, her manager confirms to Us Weekly.

Aoki, 30, debuted her baby bump while shopping in Beverly Hills Tuesday, Nov. 6. The pregnant star wore a long dress, and accentuated her growing belly with a buttoned-up cardigan.
The Sin City actress welcomed her first child with Bailey, son Hunter, in June 2011.

"Celebrating the birth of our son and Devon and my anniversary yesterday is more than I could ever ask for," Bailey blogged after the birth of his son. "Our family keeps growing."

Aoki began modeling at the age of 13, and appeared in films such as 2 Fast 2 Furious and Sin City. She is the daughter of former Olympic wrestler Hioraki Aoki, who later found the Benihana restaurant chain (he passed away in 2008).
