No more NYC for Diane!

"It's so wonderful that this whole film festival is happening in my neighborhood," Diane Kruger told me at Chanel's annual dinner celebrating the Tribeca Artist Awards program. The evening was bittersweet for the gorgeous actress, who is about to pull up stakes after moving to Manhattan just over a year ago. She and boyfriend Joshua Jackson are relocating to Vancouver, where filming for the second season of Jackson's hit Fox show Fringe will take place. What will Diane miss about N.Y.C. the most? "I'd have to say riding my bike around the city. I just love doing that," she sighed.



We'll miss seeing Diane and Josh on red carpets. They could always be counted on for a good sound byte. "I just try to get out of the way," Josh told me as his girlfriend posed for photographers on the red carpet at this year's Metropolitan Opera gala. "No one cares what I'm wearing and they crop me out anyway. I'm usually the best dressed elbow in all the pictures." Rumor has it they'll be guests of Chanel at the Met Costume Institute Gala on May 4th, so we'll get one last chance to see them in full glamour before they head North of the border.--Bronwyn Barnes
