I'm not sure about the dress, but I know that the tights are by Balenciaga. Maybe the dress is a modified version of Balenciaga? It looks really similar to some of the patterns in the Fall collection from this year.

It's good to see her back on the red carpet. It seems to be a bit of a comeback on the red carpet week for my favourites. First Kate Bosworth and now Diane.
