That's actually a really good point that I've never considered. I've always thought negatively of celebrities that have stylists (let's face it, most of them all look the same - why would someone hire a stranger to form their image?) but I suppose stylists do bring a lot of clout in terms of accessing premium designers, which celebrities on their own could not obtain. Diane is so lucky!

Diane Kruger poses in a cozy sweater by Etro in this shot for V magazine’s upcoming issue, on newsstands Thursday (January 14).

The 33-year-old German actress shared what it was like to play a part in Inglourious Basterds that seemed to be tailor-made for her.

“The minute [my character Bridget] speaks, she has to demand attention, and when she speaks, nobody else does,” Diane shared. “There’s a certain energy to her that I don’t think I naturally have, and it was very hard for me to bring that to set every day.”

“When I first got the script,” Diane added, “I couldn’t believe that after all these years of trying to get rid of my German accent to play American roles, finally along came a part that was not only a great part, but also perfect for me.”
