Diane Kruger

She is so regal especially for her age. I remember when they picked her for Helen of Troy I didn't really see the fuss about her but now when I look at her face I see just how lovely she really is. Such a classic beauty and I adore her style! You can tell that she used to model by the way she puts her outfits together. So simple and laid back yet always chic and with an edge. I can't wait to see more of her.

I love this woman, so happy there's a thread for her! I never noticed before, but she looks a lot like Sienna Miller. They could be related.

Anyone know if she's got any upcoming movie projects? I haven't seen anything of her since National Treasure and I love watching her up on the big screen. ^_^

Captain Lydia, she's starring in this film that just came out in the UK called "Merry Christmas", about the truce at Christmas during the First World War, and she plays an opera singer and speaks in her native German. I liked it but I don't know how widely it's being released...

Damn! I want to see that really badly now. They just did a show on the History Channel about that truce too. Freaky... well, guess it is the season etc.

It'll probably be years and that's a big IF. Took forever for Ned Kelly to get over here. *mutters*

Looks pretty but nothing special....but I like her style a lot! :flower:

I kinda wish she's wear more colors besides white, but it always looks good on her so why fix what's not broken I guess.

^ urgh hate that dress. Velvet just doesn't work... on anyone.

Are you kidding me? Your probably just used to cheap local mall velvet. Real velvet is such a luxurious wonderful texture and fabric. I love the dress and the velvet made it! (no pun intended)

No I'm not used to cheap velvet thank you very much!
Velvet jackets are gorgeous but dresses just do not work in my opinion.

Hey no need to be disrepectful, relax girls. We just have our opinions over velvet and everything, I really liked it and I think she looks gorgeous but I must say that sometimes velvet looks cheap too.

Woo-hoo! New Diane pics! I'm surprised she was there, did she present? I lvoe the dress. That color is devine and I just adore the fabric. I'm a fan of velvet. No matter the kind lol! Although I will agree not everyone can pull it off. It adds a lot of bulk.

I like Diane's dress but not so much on her. I think it washes her out a little bit.

I LOVED her outfit at the GG. I thought she was one of the best dressed and those jewels in her hair made the outfit perfection.

Regarding velvet, I think it's a sumptuous and luxurious fabric to wear but only works on the very thin and slender.
