Well, she was a very attractive TV reporter when they started going out,and he went from Remington Steele to James Bond and they were married, whereupon she added on about 80 pounds...Perhaps they are happy and healthy but, shallow or not, I still think it's an unusual situation... And, btw, his first wife who tragically died was stunning, so I doubt the looks don't matter point would apply here...

I was only half serious.......
It's just a double standard...
you see an attractive man with a heavier or less attractive woman and everyone is shocked...
yet to see a hot girl with an overweight guy ( half of the shows on TV) or a grandpa with a barely legal and nobody even notices.

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed...
and haven't had any coffee yet- don't mind me.

I am amazed at how just a little bit of makeup transforms Diane.
In candids she is so plain looking but out at events always stunning.
