The silver booties are Chanel

I like the Philip Lim dress but I think a more scarlet or cranberry tone of red would have looked even better.

I love that dress on her...much better than on the runway, where it was more nerdy...on her it oozes sex appeal. I LOOOOOVE the necklace she paired with it. Can anyone ID it? I want it lots.
