the clothes are nice...the show kind of has a marc by marc jacobs fall 2005 look to it....in my opinion

its so different

i like this collection , so full of prints and tartans , you can always count on DVF, but this collection seems more girly and refined but post some more pictures but so far so good.!!

I dont know about anyone else, but I really wasnt all that fond of this DVF show. It just seemed bland, and muddled down by the colors. The prints were ok, and her signature, but everything else wasnt that great. Especially that color block dress-- it just didnt hit me.

There were some things that were great, like her last dress, and both Liya, and the dress she modeled were fantastic, but the rest of the collection just didnt hit me. It felt to all over the place.

Though I have to give her credit for the new proportion of a dress with a huge collared coat. Karl Lagerfeld started that two seasons ago for Fendi, and she kind of did a more wearable version of it.

Even if the collection was dull, at least she tried to push her collection into a new arena proportion wise.

i think it's the way she posed becasue von furstenberg herselg wore the dress for her bow and it looked fine on her..

agree with the comment above, the prints are icky...diane von furstengerd has such a history anyway, so why is she sticking with these circle-skirts and those balsted black and white prints? places her on the kors list, imo

yeah what happened

in 1976 her stuff was like awesome , nice sexy wrap dresses in sexy leopard and andy warhol prints but now its lumberjacks and the great gatsby throw in one outfit which looks like a 50s prom dress. those patterns are making me dizzy.

It doesn't look like a consistent collection to me. Besides, I don't like teh color choice. It seems that a couple of designers were trying to use bold colors again after the dark FW05 and pastel SS06...but those colors are not going to look good on anybody...
