Did you ever buy a bag and then NEVER carry it?

Yea.. but mostly cheaper bags back when I was in high school... I use all of my higher priced bags.

I have never used my Furla Greta Soft bags (I think I never will), one in Coffee and one in Honey. Tags are still attached. Getting rid of it as we speak, just put the coffee up on Ebay yesterday.

well. if you have a black jacket and pants and wear maybe a print shirt in white and grey or white and cream/tan/beige, it'd look cute. just mix the blacks and whites with a neutral shade and because beige/grey/cream/natural etc.... are all pastel shades as well, just consider them like the pink to break up an outfit and it'll look cute with the pink too. or you could do a super pale pink, that's almost white and mix that with anything and it'd tie the bag in too. or if you have anything with a tiny bit of pink in the print.......hope that helps a bit! its super cute! i just bought a peachy-beige cole haan bag and i wasn't sure if i'd be able to mix it in with my outfit, but so far its working out. it's making me wear less black too, which is a good thing because sometimes i get in the habit of wearing it ALL THE TIME.......and spring is coming up

hmm...i actually do like the idea of wearing it with black and white-and i'm really big on black and white lately, too. thanks for the idea

With Spring coming up, I think the bag will look good with like a printed skirt, something with red/shades of pink, a denim jacket and strappy casual shoes/sandals.:D

Or with a sexy black top, blue jeans/tan pants and shoes/belt in a pink shade...how about nail colours in a funky bright pink?:P

That way, it will take away the sometimes "prim" or overly girly look of pastel coloured bags and make it easier to carry day-to-day.

The Blue in the denim jacket should set off that lovely pink too...:P

That's kinda like the problem with my bag too...the pink is too girly with my basic jeans/black/brown wardrobe....worse still...it's in tweed as well.

yeah i'm looking forward to spring, i'm definately going to try to carry it in the spring, it seems like a really spring-y bag to me. although by then i'll probly have my lilac Balenciaga twiggy and won't want to carry anything but that, lol. but i am going to make an effort to carry the pink one, cos i DO like it. also i love the idea of wearing it with a gray outfit-i adore the color gray.

thanks all

I have a lovely, lovely MJ Venetia in sap green with a blue suede lining, really a beautiful bag. And it has never been carried. I think I have too many bags in rotation right now, but it is such a lovely color and classic bag, I couldn't part with it.

I rarely carry my pink Chanel jumbo classic caviar with silver hardware that I rarely carry (but I had to have it as I am in a sorority whose colors are pink and green...it is great for sorority functions). I have the red leather Gucci moon? bag with gold bamboo circles and navy/red/navy striped straps and I have carried it once since I bought it.

I very rarley carry my turcoise balenciaga classique, I've carried it no more than 4 times total. It's just so small. I've also worn my HTC bag just once.

my mum last summer has bought for me the Louis Vuitton Cherise speedy...is a cute bag but I don't ..it's just too much for me!...

with a lot of my older bags i got when i was a bit younger (2 or 3 years ago), i rarely use them because they are too small. it wasn't until relatively recently i realized that i truly am a big bag person. also, whenever i get a new bag, i tend to want to carry only that for a while, but once that wears off, i go back to rotating.

I have a TON of bags that I've never carried mostly because I'm too lazy to switch bags frequently and also because I feel that some bags are appropriate for certain occassions, seasons, etc.

when I buy a bag (still havent gotten any designer ones), I have to start carrying it immediatly! I'll be just so excited...but i do have some bags from a looong time ago which are in the closet somewhere

I'm exactly like this too. I wear the bag until the new bag excitement wears off, and then I go back to regular rotation.

diorling -- Thanks :flower:

^Yea, that used to happen to me when I was younger - I'll just buy bags and use them till the novelty wears off.

Now, every bag purchase goes through an analysis process by me, but of course there were a couple of misses in the beginning.

Forest Green Luella Gisele, not even sure where that bag is anymore:lol:
