wow! those are amazing! Normally I make people a bit younger, whiten and fix their teeth, take away glare, clean up their complexion but those are whole transformations :cool:

The face is too retouched, the contours of the face have gone making her too flat, (especially the neck), which you've had to bring back by shading the side of the face. In the original she was really pretty, but it looks like you've had some one else in mind when reshaping her face. A lot better than many I've seen though still too much!
 
Uh i like to join this thread. I love working with graphics, specially vectors. Here are some of my latest work, i cant post them alle cause the last 5-6 pieces i have maid, is prordered, so i dont think i can show them untill they are in the stores.:)

it's very easy though .. :ermm: what part are you stumped on...
you make a new file, choose the size of your canvas (on User CP it writes the max. size of your avatar is 160 pixels by 80 pixels)

and then draw on your canvas or paste pictures inside , etcetera
 
I've just got rid of photoshop, and using something else. But it does sound easy, haha

When I make an avatar I just crop the image to the size i want (for example 100x100px).. it's super easy just open the image and crop. Voilà :)
