Dior Menswear S/S 2026 Paris

Of course I see things I like, that I would wear. The shorts are creative indeed. But the LOOK, this soft boy look is so TIRED. Remember the Harry Style's cardigan? It's that look. Why is so hard for him to inject some SEX in the mix?

I'm stupid for wanting JW Anderson to design sexy clothes tbh. He never did that. lol

I am still wondering if he has debuted at Dior Homme or at Baby Dior.

Looks cheap, like Salvation Army for millionaires. I don´t know how much time he spent "working" in this collection...but it looks like it was made 1 hour before the show, with borrowed clothes from here and there.

That´s the concept here: borrowed. JWA does not own Dior, he just borrowed it.

Ps. The Bar look on that Sabrina (I don´t know who she is, and I don´t care) looks soo sloppy!! Like she made it at home with some Burda patterns.

For me, the only flop of this collection was the celebrities wearing the collection because nobody looked good in the Basquiat-inspired styling trick.
Only Natalia V., Sabrina C. and Donatella looked good. And they weren’t in the menswear.

Dior doesn’t have a lot of stylish celebrities under their umbrella. So they have to be very cautious about that strategy and give as much freedom as possible to stylists. If you put them in shirts and ties, add a blazer!

^ I still can’t believe the outfit Rihanna wore was Dior. None of it made sense from the colours, to the weird lapel situation to the layers. Mia and Natalia’s were just nice, but there was something cheap about the proportions. The colours didn’t help either.

Probably coming across as really pessimistic, but it’s hard not to be. Dior should be dealt with an air of maturity especially with the ambassadors, but not in a maudlin or gimmicky kind of way. MGC botched it a bit too with the disparity between the chosen models and then the surplus of reps that were pushed everywhere and every time. Slight identity crisis, so hopefully JW can work something out but right now I’m feeling like a cracked egg about it

“Culottes” on men? Groundbreaking.

(Psst. I’ve been doing such looks for the past decade and look 61 -the one with the blue knitted sweater- is basically what I wore on Wednesday to a friend’s birthday dinner, except that I swapped the blue sweater out for an Essentials FOG T-shirt :bounce:)

Maybe Delphine Arnault should hire me instead I charge wayyy lower~~ :shifty:

At the end of the day it's just a JWA x Loewe collection with Dior logos, nothing more, nothing less.
The logo and Dior oblique motif used in a such aggressive corporate greedy way...I'm not feeling it.
The accessories are a disaster, even the sneakers are quite forgettable and basic.
I only save the military jackets shown towards the end of the show that looked reminiscent of Burberry with a sprinkle of Dolce.
Judging from this lacklustre first show...I would have released a lookbook for the menswear collection and come out with a bang with the womenswear in October, let's be honest, no one have been waiting 6 months for this...

Raf and Nicolas Ghesquière did those military jackets so much better
