DKNY Resort 2008

This is a lovely collection. The prints in the first couple of looks are great and the shoes are just adorable. I love look #7,16 and 27.

I don't really understand why so many of these resort collections are so heavy though.

it does have a heavier feel than the other collections....
regardless of what it is, i quite like it....even if it doesnt suit the season it is supposed to....
although i have to say that model is very distracting....

lack of imagination. it s like you can go to their boutique now and pluck out some items that will look like what they showcased here.
and the quality is really questionable.

Not exactly what I would call exciting but nice pieces all over the collection and I actually like the fact it looks a bit fall/winter-ish, I like when designers play with seasons mixing winter and summer items or colors (if there are even colors that are specific to winter or summer...). I also like the shapes of most outfits. So, yes, I like

I agree, I would wear it all. And I really don't think it's that wintery. Just remove tights and gloves, and there you have it. I'd wear it anytime.

I love a lot of these pieces, although I have to agree that this is more of a pre-fall line than a summer one.
