Do You Have a Food Allergy/Intolerance?

I am allergic to all nuts, fish & seafood and kiwi fruit.

Also have allegies to most animals - cats, dogs & badly to horses.

Its crap...the nuts one is the worst. I don't need collagen implants in my lips, just a wiff of a peanut & my lips are like angelina jolie's!!!!

I am a psorasis sufferer and have to avoid lots of foods like eggs, dairy, nuts, pasta, cheese and ESPECIALLY citrus. It's horrible becuase I cant even eat yoghurt anymore and all my calcium comes from supplements ... no cheeseburgers for me. But I am desperate for this to clear up.

I have terrible eczema on my hands right now - flaring up on and off for about a year...

could be something I'm eating, or something I'm touching - whatever it is, it's crappy. I have tests with a specialist in January - tried eliminating things periodically with no help (I.e. dairy, citrus, caffeine)...didn't seem to be any of those anyways.

I am also allergic to olives. I ate a kalmata olive by accident a few months ago, and had to stab myself with an epi pen. If I happen to ingest olive oil (which is terribly hard to avoid, and so yummy), my mouth gets itchy, and my lips.

....no dirty martinis for me....

i'm allergic to chocolate if I eat a lot.... if I moderate myself it's ok.. but I just love it! Easter is frustrating because of this! everyone eats loads of chocolate eggs and I can only eat one or two :(

you could say im lucky. Not allergic to anything, althought I do have a friend who is allergic to over 35 things

I got over a huge amount of food intolerance through Chinese Medicine like herbs and accupuncture so I am no longer one of those bubble kids

It is pretty difficult when you dont necessarily have a huge reaction so you can eat certain foods but you have to choose (for me its dairy, sugar, nuts) whether you want to eat them.....the constant sself disclipline drives me a bit nutty

strawberries, parmigiano (Parmesan cheese) , ham, cabbage and peas.

I'm pretty sure I've developed an allergy to penicillin, although that's not a food, and I get hives occasionally from eating seafood, cat fur touching my skin, wool rugs and my eyes go crazy if I am around cigarette smoke.

Im violently allergic to advocados and guacamole sauce, they make me get the BG's. Sucks when your at a party and the chip dip comes around

Pineapple, mango, lychee, and dragoneyes. I eat the last three anyways but in moderation or else I get rashes

i'm allergic to peanuts and dairy. . .

i use almond butter for pb&j sandwiches/ it's delicious.

i prefer rice milk to soy milk.

i'm not allergic to anything...i don't think. however, sweets like haribo my stomach cannot take. i feel sick after one sweet and am in constant pain the entire day. they're so so good though.

me too. it's embarassing.

I'm allergic to citrus fruits like oranges, pineapples ,mango ... my throat gets itchy if I eat too many of any of them :( .

:yuk: I'm allergic to MSG. Although I suppose it really isn't a food but more of a food enhancer. Everytime I eat something with MSG in it, from lunch meat to chinese food, my stomach resembles a block of itchy, red and white colby cheese...Seriously, that's what it looks like! It takes me about a month to recover from the whole deal, as the next weeks my cheesy stomach turns into a dermatologist's nightmare...yuck!

I have seen many people with eczema that cleared up after eliminating dairy altogether from their diets. I would say no dairy for at least a month and then see what happens.

You can get plenty of calcium from dark leafy green vegetables; which is easily absorbable, unlike from dairy products.
