I dont think so, he may still be too young for runway, I dont know, hes only 15...i think he only does editorial work right now

yea I forgot about that. Italy has a ban on models under 16... :(

I like some of the sweaters, and suits, and definately fell in love with that white peacoat.

Banana Republic and Abercrombie & Fitch, too, make "wearable" clothes. Dolce & Gabbana should try doing something a little bit more innovative. And soon. Their interesting clothes tend to be only for shock value.

I think that Dolce & Gabanna are only a major part of the fashion scene because they appeal to so many people(as apposed to fashion shows with amazing tailoring and innovative design draw people religiously to see "what the future holds").Houses such as, say, prada are interesting shows as they urge people to think of the aesthetic behind it, the clothes have a theme that means something in relation to design and the clothes can make a more definative statement when worn. Dolce & Gabanna are popular not becuase of their theme but because on a whole they tend to make people look good and trendy & feel sexy when they wear it (and more so now with all that brand recognition out there). The pieces such as the balenciaga-esqe pants ARE placed into the show for shock value, becuase basically thats what all the 'interesting and reflective' pieces of other collections are to the D&G audience - shock value and so dolce gabbana put similar things in thier show.

i think personally, although the quality can be questionable, they have merit because these clothes have the power to make people feel cool and sexy - and have continued to reflect this through out the last decade and a bit

....aaany way thats my ramble, and yes with all the prada references i have just come off the prada thread:innocent:

Ok...

Please, stop w/ the caps at the beginning of every word. It's driving me to epilepsy. You're right, everything that's on the runway goes straight to the store, they really have no concept of what does and doesnt sell.

Yea, they manufactured the Balenciaga leggings, I forgot how much they cost but I think it was in the 10k+ range.

I think u should expect a little bit more for that legging. The Price in the UK is 51,180 GBP. lol

these are the three other samilar metalic leggings from the show, i don't know how much are they yet. but from my point of view, these three looks more expensive than the one above

but i really think these leggings are much more interesting than the golden baggie trousers by Dolce & Gabbana. lol

It's way too "spacy". Metallic leather -almost- never look good..

My goodness there are more than 20 posts on this thread who talked about one person wearing gold baggy pant. I guess the designers achieved thier purpose - people noticed.
I  the model who is wearing it:ninja:
