D&G Mens F/W 07.08 Milan

Me too.

Mmm, I quite like this. The patent throughout is highly-appealing, patent-wh*re that I am.

A little mystery...No women at the show as far as I know, but this is on the backstage of the mens f/w 07 show on the site
Looks like Liya...

:woot: Or Chanel?

^ Maybe :woot: although, I dont think its likely that it would be a well known model

i don't like the show / styling.
it's so... not D&G :(

special hate @ the optic sunglasses on (as far as i looked) all models

not my cup od tea...

Sophisticated? D&G? Color me impressed! This is a much better collection than they ever have done! And right after their Native American themed collection? Amazing. It's still not to my taste, but I applaud their effort. Maybe this will be the only time D&G has not been even worse than it's big brother.

Hmm, surprisingly good. I liked a lot of the styling, and would wear quite a few of the looks myself. The presentation was cheesy, but that's fine by me, it made it fun and as long as the clothes aren't rediculous (as D&G usually are) it doesn't make it complete kitch.

this has a certain emporio trying to be dolce feel. maybe that made more sense in my head.

i hate the fact that they take the nerd chic look and turn it into a D&G nerdy chic look which is soo ffin gay looking and lacks the whole allure of that specific look.

I see this and I think of talented Mr Ripley gone bad

To me, this collection is noise. Insolent noise.

i like this collection the best out of all so far:p the sexiness is not too much
and the colours are kind of spring... light greys and burnt oranges with navy...and in velvet-- so nice! great mixing of sportswear+smarts. my fave look

Cute boys in glasses can sell ANYTHING to me, lol. Well, a lot ;)

I hate the golden sweatsuit. HATE HATE HATE. But I really love the jackets. Esp the leather one, on the boy with the fur hat and the shorts.

And I didn't know that Chad White could look even better. Well, here I have it! Chad White with glasses on. I just find it a bit sad that his body is totally exploited by being one of the few models who hardly wears any clothes in his shoots and runway shows. He's got a really cute face.

The secret-agent silhouette on the invitation momentarily raised hopes that Domenico and Stefano were going to channel Daniel Craig’s animal magnetism for their D&G collection, but 007’s catwalk presence was confined to the message on the T-shirt that accompanied a march-past of denim styles in the finale. Instead, it was another magnetic animal that Dolce and Gabbana drew on for electricity: cue Madonna. The sound of “Music” filled the Metropol, and the collection was infused with the brash flash of that song’s video. Think black velvet tracksuit underneath big fur coat (gold tooth optional), or white tux with metallic trainers. That was the collection in a nutshell—sports glam. Here, a yellow satin motocross jacket, there, a baseball jacket in blue Lurex, and something for the coach in a textured, old gold leather blouson. While pole dancers bumped and ground at the end of the catwalk, D&G offered uniforms for grown-up games, with Vegas as the adult playground of choice. That’s where a young gambler might want to take a chance in a silvery velvet moleskin suit or a gold shirt jacket that shone like ciré. A maroon silk shirt paired with black velvet jeans was positively quiet by comparison.
