Why would that be a shame?? It's not a shame, it's a huge contract with lots of money involved. Not many models are getting L'Oreal campaigns, so it's even more exclusive then fashion campaigns. It's a big step up for Doutzen and I don't see why it should be a shame

wow, i cant wait for her L'oreal ads!
guess what? i just found out that my friend at school jaap (he's dutch) too, and his cousin happens to be Doutzen Kroes! We were reading the Time magazine, and we saw her Valentino ads.
Oh, and it's suppose to be pronounced, Doubt-sen Crow-ezz. I didn't believe him at first, but he the next day, he brought his family photoalbum to school. oh, then i saw a family photo. he told me it was from last year. and in the photo, there was my friend, doutzen, and some of their siblings too. how exciting is this??!?!?! i asked him that when he goes back to holland for the summer, to get me an autograph! after all, shes my favorite model!! =D

For those who still wonder how to pronounce Doutzen Kroes... go to this website, click lists and sounds, click pronounciation & spelling and then scroll down untill you find the correct pronounciation for the 'ou' and the 'oe' in Dutch. You will have to listen carefully, but I think you will be able to hear it correctly

What do you guys think, I personal think now after the loreal campaign she will be the next Heidi Klum, much of sex a peal and great for one of the girls for VS (with adriana lima etc) - only more she will be more commercial witch I dont like 
i stole this avatar haha, i think it is cute, she can be the next heidi klum, but the thing is doutzen does not have a little diva attitude, as a supermodel it is good to have little attitude to make it to THAT level! but she is young, i would want her to do more high fashion work first

and she is almost retarted (she is lovely but with the second child and aged she need replacement - please dont choose doutzen untill we have seen enough of her

i think the l'oreal contract will be great exposure for her... a big cosmetics contract is a huge goal for many models since it brings in a ton of money, makes them household names and offers a sort of validation
