Dresses with Pockets S/S 06

I've noticed a lot of dresses that have pockets in the side of it, almost hidden, in the SS 06 collections.. I didn't like it at first but after a closer look I think it's very nice

I think they look ok, but I don't like pockets in my dresses. I remember reading in InStyle a while back that Sharon Stone had a designer (I think Vera Wang, I'm not sure, I don't remember) add pockets to the dress she was going to wear to the Oscars or some other red carpet event. Same with a ball skirt she was wearing with a men's shirt.

Great thread saann......... I never really noticed until this thread.... it seems to be popular with designers now.... notice how the waist have gotten a bit more loose on most dresses so the pockets only make it cuter....

I find pockets really made a come back in Oscar de la Renta's s/s 03 or s/s 04 show....ever since then, I've loved them. I have a lovely dress that I had made WITH pockets. so brilliant. love the idea of them being on the outside now a la that maria cornejo dress
