U.S. Dries lovers - does anyone have any experience ordering from Browns Fashion? Were you charged customs duties? I'm still contemplating ordering from there because I've called all over the US and I still can't find my shoes. 
Do they have a wider selection in-store than online?

mine's medium...but i like things big...
i think you can tell that tourist got a smaller size..
it def fits her differently...
i prob should have gotten small but i don't think there was one..
barney's issues...big surprise...

...in a small, but mine is a greyish-green color.
Lucky, last time I was at barney's they had mediums in both the black and green. I'm going to go again this week, so let me know if you want me to check it out for you.

luckyme - I was referring to my orange patent velcro booties (I posted a pic on a previous page). Browns has them in grey but not in orange. Do they carry more extensive colours in store than they do online, do you think? I'm wondering if it's worth giving them a call if they do.
softgrey - yep, those are the ones. I wish they were easier to find!
I have yet to locate them in the US. I'm starting to consider ordering from overseas.

I saw those in the Dries Antwerp store.... They are truly beautiful... pictures don't do them justice....

soft, well, before I lost out completely on finding the top, and I've called about 4 places already, all sold out, I bought myself an early present, well 2 actually...
the tie-not in purple in a small. some color will be nice for my very dark wardrobe (to say the least) and I quite like this shade of purple...and also couldnt resist this cute grey one as well.
so we double, double-dipped, right? the knotted top...tourist, softgrey, laika, me, what about wiw?

luckyme - I tried on that grey tee too, it's really nice, you'll love it. I might get it too if I can still find it during the sales
Misako - one of the sales women at the Dries Paris store told me they would be willing to ship to the States. I only tried on 2 styles, but they are running pretty true to size. Good luck!
laika - the color of your top sounds beautiful. His colors are always so subtle. I also got my black knot top in a Small.

Ahh.. reading this thread has given me some serious shoe cravings... 
So I need your help on which shoes to get, number one I probably have to get from the US as I have not seen them in London... but I have not really looked so..I might be able to find them, I'm just thinking they might be a bit plain for me..

I think during my search for my beloved velcro shoes I came across quite a few stores in the US that sell the first pair (I think some of the major department stores here in the US has them - I think Neiman Marcus in King of Prussia may have them, they probably do overseas shipments?)
