and no, it doesnt look like H&M. theres an H&M on each corner in nyc, and i see NOTHING that looks like that.. At ALL.. Ive actually worked for H&M, and theres not 1 piece that has EVER looked like any of the pieces i have seen here on tfs and others online.

you dont have to like H&M.. cause i really dont myself.. but guess what, plenty of SHEEP out there love it!.. and thats why H&M is now right next to every 1 million starbucks out there..

From the pictures I really don't see anything special.. sad. Like others said it kinda looks like KM for Topshop, and how much negative press did that get?

you saw 3 pictures.. how special was it supposed to be?
not everyone can afford the row.. a second line gives people options.. theres nothing wrong with throwing two lines out there at once.. it comes down to the money aspect once again.. the theory of.. well the row isnt bringing in the bucks.. lets see if E&J does it for us.

I still think that girls out there in their target market can afford this stuff. Because I'm their target market, my friends are their target market, and I'm saying from that perspective that it'll sell. How else do brands like Milly, LaRok, etc. survive? I doubt that lots of 30+ buy LaRok. That said, I think that women 30+ WILL buy this stuff. Look at that white dress on mary kate. It's not super youthful. That would look great on a women of any age.

I agree too. And like you said earlier, if thats what you want to spend your money on you'll save up for it! Thats what I do, even though as a student, I don't have a lot.

laRok is a lower pricepoint from what i can tell...
ie- a dress or tunic is $150-$199 retail...
and milly has taken YEARS to get to where it is actually...
it's not like it's so easy...
