I agree. Elle has that "it girl" factor. Dakota is lovely, but I've always felt as though Elle just stood out more.

The 13-year-old actress kept it casual in a heart shirt and plaid pants as she made her way out of the store.

i don't like the dress one bit, i actually find it hideous, but those flats look nice.

It reminds me of the dress she wore to the Nutcracker 3D Premiere. Totally different cut and colour but it's just young and girly and sweet in the same way.
