I love her smile and her gums showing doesn't bother me in the slightest but overall, it's such a shoddy photograph...

Her arm looks like it's entirely detached from her actual self, the heavy eye-make-up renders her eyes indistinct and the angle of the hat coupled with the close range of the photo makes it all too claustrophic rather than intimate.
