Marie Claire UK often reprints Marie Claire US, so it could be the case it turns up in both anyway. But I doubt that one shoot will be used elsewhere.

Her hair would look a lot better if it were not styled that way. Spiking it up in the back makes her look like a horrible mix of a) a soccer mom, b) a stereotype of butch lesbians, and c) a bird. It's such an unfortunate styling choice.
The photo again proves how weak her bone structure is. She is very pretty, but her face has NO angles.

Indeed, she is very pretty! She has a beautiful face, but I don't necessarily think that this haircut is right for her because she has no angles. You just get a little lost... like her face is a big round dish. If her face were a painting, in terms of composition, there would be no directional guidance. I want to be drawn-in, given clues as to where I am supposed to look, what does her new short hair bring to light about her face? I see that she is beautiful, but I feel like I am mostly reacting in shock rather than to a flattering haircut.
I want her hair to make me notice her face differently or bring attention to a particular feature. A beautiful face is a beautiful face with or without hair, a haircut won't change that. But, a GOOD haircut will tell us something MORE about the person's features. Maybe even bring something new and enticing into light.
Emma needs a little framing, maybe some fringe. She'll have a lot of options once it grows out a little.

LAST week Harry Potter star and Burberry model Emma Watson went against the grain by chopping off her hair into an extremely short pixie haircut, revealing it to fans on Facebook and Twitter alongside the comment, "I love it. I've wanted to do this for years and years; it's the most liberating thing ever." While her dramatic cut was an instant sensation, Watson is not the only famous face to "liberate" themselves from lengthy locks. We spoke to creative director of Daniel Hersheson salons hairstylist extraordinaire George Northwood, who counts Watson among his bulging client list, to get his thoughts on our pick of celebrity pixie crops both old and new.
For those among you looking to try out the style, Northwood suggests a little "creative visualisation" first: "I would say tie your hair back as tight as you can and see what you think of your ears. So many girls have never really seen their ears because they always have their hair covering them, so I'd say do that first. Maybe take some pictures from the side, of the profile, too. Ask yourself 'do I like myself and my ears without hair'." Wise words indeed.
. Didn't appreciate the styling in EW but she looks amazing in that awful romper thing. She stands out waaaaay more than she did in the past & looks far more interesting. I much prefer any kind of risky style than safe, safe, safe all the time. Her hair was plumb boring before, nice as it was. And if she'd gone for a simple bob or the trendier "short" styles it wouldn't be as thrilling, neither for her or for me
.I have to say I can't agree with anyone that says it makes her look more interesting or whatever. I'm sorry, but I just think it's a bad hair cut, and a bad decision for her. The more I see of it the more I actually am starting to think it looks awful. It's just not working for me at all, and I hope it's not something she keeps up... I'd like the Emma with beautiful, natural wavy hair back.
. I hate those star style threads filled with post after post of "OMG I love _____."
