I cannot believe that somebody would do such a horrific thing. May he rest in peace, my prayers are with his friends and family.

The Highway Patrol said a passenger in the vehicle who remained behind did not know Zentner had been hit

how can you NOT know that car you are in drove over someone?!?!?!?!!?!?
because it was not just a small hit it was huge, so huge that person did die and flew over your car.

anyway, Rest In Peace.
I hope things like these would never happen.
