The MVP: Erin Wasson
Erin Wasson refused to be coddled when she took up surfing. "I learned in Vancouver Island, Canada," says Wasson. "It was 40 degrees outside and I took a nine-foot board out the first time. I never did the foam top." That was six years ago. The Texan model/designer now owns five surfboards and channels her sexy laid-back style into a collection for surf-and-skate label RVCA. In fact, Wasson is currently in Maui with a crowd that includes Woody Harrelson, indulging in an idyllic mix of surfing, soccer, and a little work.

I love that the Maison Michel photos, which dare I say, are so 'zany', are next to Victoria's Secret shots, that are rather straight and banal.
