The other name seems to be Anouk Veowyeld. The last three letters are definately "eld." This is getting interesting!

Anouk Voorveld and she's Dutch. According to FMD, she was with Karin Agency.

Now that's what I call a team effort! Thanks Jadee and purplelucrezia for your fine eyes. She was in the SI Swimsuit Issue in 1999 so the timeframe makes sense now.
