hello, I've not started a thread before, and I don't even know if I'm doing it in the right part of the forums, but I was just wondering what photos people have of ethereal style....

I feel that etherealness needs a revival to counteract the military sort of things I'm seeing at the moment and the sharp shoulders. I do love the sharp lines of the Mad Men style which are coming in at the moment, but I miss the blurred indefinite lines of ethereal fashion. The girls who float through life in pale dresses with long loose hair.

do people agree. please may you post ethereal pictures?

thankyou xx:heart:

thankyou....I love some of those dresses. you'd feel like you could float away in them.

interesting your mention military^ Not sure if you agree here but the couture show at Dior spring '06 it was maybe not one or the other, but a merging of the two` All-in-one

when i think ethereal i also think a bit mysterious, sometimes dark than always 'sweet' so i'm not sure what you're going for in this topic^^

i have always thought about Rodarte being a very ethereal type of line.
