for some reason i kinda like the 1st long jacket, the stripped suit on the other hand looks like a pyjama gone bad

Oh. My. God...

I'll just pretend I didn't see this. It's all probably styling anyway. Etro is nice and colorful, but it's market isn't going to want to wear the floral pants and eyepatch ensembles right? So it's not going to look like this in stores. I hope. Who thought up this?
On the upside, I never really liked Etro!

Oh dear lord...it is like pirates of the crappybien. The models look like they were filming a B movie.

However, I think it might be the styling that makes it look this bad. One or two of the jackets is interesting.


...I just looked at it again...and it is even worse then I thought...why pirates...why...the wigs creep me out...eww

The first long white navy piped jacket looks great. I'd love to have walked in and saw that huge pirate ship.

I really like the black jacket that's paired with the b/w tie in post seven. Some of the white jackets could work too, but only divorced from the rest the gear. I think that's the key with Etro. Something that looks hideous as full suit or matched with all of that paisley could be good for a Summer's night on the town if worn with some more subtle pieces. The flower prints and panatoons would be next to impossible, but those are probably mainly show pieces. At least I'd hope so!

But if you take the jacket in the fifth post, get some solid colored pants, remove the wig and get a decent shirt, it could be pretty fun. The same with the grey/white pinstriped suit. They don't work together and definitely not with the waistcoat or eye patch, but if you balanced them against a solid color they could be worn.

It's interesting to see a relative lack of their standard striped button down shirts. I wonder if even they are tiring of that look or if they're just saving those for the stores.

I think yes this is creativity .. not boring , some nice jackets and a nice theme ..nice style but .. some pieces were terrible .. but i like it
