Arsene Lupin? I've seen it - it's not bad, but it's not particularly good either. Though Eva is good in it

Basically it's based on novels written about a 19th century theif / con-man called Arsene Lupin, who flits about French High Society stealing diamonds and jewelry and such

Her father is Swedish but grew up in France. Eva doesn't speak Swedish.

Eva's part isn't huge but she doesn't have only a cameo either. She plays Arsene's cousin and childhood sweetheart. She's the 2nd main female character, Kristin Scott Thomas' antagonist.

She's wearing a nurse outfit in the pictures you saw. She is working as a nurse where Arsene's mom is staying. That's where she meets him again for the first time since they were kids. It happens at the beginning of the film.

Green will play Serafina Pekkala, the witch who guides Lyra Belacqua (to be played by newcomer Dakota Blue Richards) on her journey to a parallel universe.

Chris Weitz is directing his adaptation of the novel; filming begins Sept. 4 at Shepperton Studios in London. New Line has set a November 16, 2007 release date for the film, which is produced by Deborah Forte and Bill Carraro.

Nicole Kidman and Paul Bettany are also in the cast.

I think she'll avoid the bond girl curse since she actually has TALENT and not just T&A. Drives me nuts to think of it.

Anyhoot, they were talking about her on one of those annoying E! shows I watch (still not sure why...) and they showed the wrong woman from the movie! They showed the woman that's playing the more usual Bond Girl role. Not Eva! I was so insulted and it really has nothing to do with me!
