yes she is. she has dark blonde hair. she started coloring her hair because she thinks it fits her personality more.

Wow, that doesn't even look like her. Her facial features look crazy different, though puberty probably changed it up a bit.

It's easier to tell from other pictures but she doesn't look THAT much different between then and now! Mainly it's her coloring that's changed a lot-- darkened hair and eyebrows, and paler skin.
