Eva Green

^ Oh my.. and instead he was bombarded with all that nudity and incest

that's ...wow.
i was awkward, even when i watched "the dreamers" total alone

i don't know exact reason...but that's not becasue of sex scenes, because of "the dremers"'s entire concept.
i'm really not comfortable with love between sister and brother.

and at that time (quite long times ago)
i didn't know eva and louis (just knew only michael)
so at the movie, eva looks really ...scarily crazy and quarky. so..i was scared by eva's acting. hahaha
though now i love her scaryness like hell in there B)

i like all of the actors in the dreamers, and some of scenes in there though, i definitely have hated the movie
but very interested when i hear the movie's name somewhere.

He absolutely did NOT complain about a naked Eva:innocent::lol:

morpis, some scenes made me uncomfortable as hell, too, but I guess that was intended anyway. I find mainstream cinema tends to leave you rather indecisive, doesn't leave that much of an impression - so I guess me not knowing whether I liked "The dreamers" or not is a good thing

:lol::lol: I watched the film with my boyfriend and promised him it wouldn't be a cheesy romantic movie. Well, it wasn't. (And he only likes Superman, Transformer and... that stuff)

Oh, barf! I hate when people will only watch popcorn flicks.
I betcha after that though he was more than happy for a normal romantic comedy

I know it's weird and deals with some dark themes but I loved it. I loved the acting, the clothes, the story and how they shot it with the interlacing of old films into it. I don't think it was so much that Eva and him were incestuous as it was that they just never grew up so they didn't seem to realize that it's not okay to still run around naked in front of each other when you're 20 like you might have done at 3.

I don't know... I think I've just watched it too much. The first time around I was a little weirded out by it too, but I love that. I want a movie to mess with my head. :p

me too. i never get tired of that movie...

Me either. It's one of my favourite films and all three of the lead actors are incredible in it. Not to mention I want to own every single thing Eva's character wore in it! :D

(The book of it always makes me cry )

God yes! Especially what she wears in the final scene. I adore purple so much and it looks fantastic on her! Also love the dress from the scene where they race through the Louvre (probably butchered that spelling sorry).

Eva is a great actress I mean THE DREAMERS is a very hard movie to do, all those nude scenes...but she manage to do it even if, it was one of her first movie.
I like this movie, all the actors were breathtaking.

though i hate "the dreamers", i think i will remember her first appearence scene with artist-esque green hat (...or was it other color?..)
and, when she ordered Louis to jerk off.. B) haha
her..quarky and marvellous ordering way....i can't remember exactly, but it was kinda funnily unique. i think she fingered very magically to Louis garelle with bit angry expression "JERK OFF!!"

Aww that last picture is so cute. Strange to see her hair so orange, but I like that dress and the tights are fierce.

What's this movie about? I'm too lazy to go to imdb :innocent:

imdb.com:

The film is a split narrative set simultaneously in contemporary London and in a future metropolis ruled by religious fervor. It's the story of four lost souls, divided by two parallel worlds, on course for an explosive collision when a single bullet will decide all their fates.

Preest (McGregor) is a masked vigilante detective, searching for his nemesis on the streets of Meanwhile City, a monolithic fantasy metropolis ruthlessly governed by faith and religious fervor. Esser (Hurt) is a broken man, searching for his wayward son amongst the rough streets of London's homeless. Milo (Bettany) is a heartbroken thirty-something desperately trying to find a way back to the purity of first love. Emilia (Green) is a beautiful art student; her suicidal art projects are becoming increasingly more complex and deadly.

Sam Riley... Milo
Eva Green... Emilia
Ryan Phillippe... Preest

Hmm, sounds pretty good. Although 'meanwhile' city is a bit funny yet brilliant at the same time.

I want to see Eva as a suicidal art student, ya know it's going to be fantastic.

Eva will play two conflicting characters in this film: the suicidal art student (she did improvised monologue for these scenes:mowhawk:) and an optimistic one.
