yes, we just have regular cable here (in Canada) and I saw it on CityTV toronto. Ivy you are in Montreal non? I'm surprised that they wouldn't show it there as it is such a large city.

Different countries dont all have American Cable channels, we just have a few of them like ABC, NBC and CBS. It's not the size of the city that determines whether or not they get UPN

And we get a lot more in Canada than just those three channels. Most channels we have are american. PBS, TBS, Comedy Network, Cartoon Network, to name but a few.

Have you ever been to Quebec? Unfortunately, we dont have any of those channels except PBS mountain lake. Comedy Network is Canadian BTW, Comedy Central is american and we have Teletoons.

I'd expect "little america" (aka Ontario) to have american channels since its an english province. Quebec does not and whomever started this thread was SUPER inconciderate and stupid for not thinking about the people who may have not seen the show yet no matter where they live.

wow.. its just a tv show! i'm sure the thought didn't occur to the people who started this thread that some may not have seen it,(everyone seems to say what pops into their heads rather than conjuring up some thesis statement) or if they were so into it and didn't get the channels they would check on the web. plus the news was in quite a few intl magazines. it sucks that now everyone knows who won. (even if it wasn't from watching the show), accidents happen. city-tv is a federally broadcasted channel, we get it in bc too, and i know alberta gets it, so its not just ontario.

I agree, I think she looks very ordinary and totally forgettable. I actually think she looks the way many people could look with hair, make-up, a star photographer, etc. There is nothing about her that says "supermodel." In fact I think she even looks short. Which is fine if you have a face like Kate Moss. Actually, Covergirl always has models that look bland and very girl next door "American" so she's perfect for them. They should stop posing the show as being supermodel oriented and just admit that this is what they looking for - bland pretty.

To me, Europeans look different than third, fourth generation white Canadians/Americans. they are mutts, of course there are some who are still of pure british extraction though.

PLease don't say "even Bush" because that would be insinuating that he is otherwise intelligent and knowledgeable - which I assure you he is not. He was a C student and a failure at every other thing he ever tried. Until his dad bought him a governorship and then the presidency. Unfortunetly that does not seem to matter in this country. Also, I hate to break it to you but "pure british" doesn't actually look like anything and most Americans, mutts or otherwise, look just like europeans. I mean can you actually pick out a french girl from an american girl or a lithuanian girl in a line up if they all dressed the same? Of course not.
