Someone like models.com needs to list them please. I guess some of the reitired models were kind of exclusive but not paid exclusive for the show. Maybe Givenchy just asked them very nice and nobody else knew.

^ lol how was she semi-exclusive if she walked shows both before and after Jil Sander?

Jil was on the second [real] day so i doubt they'd make exceptions for her to walk other shows first
and even if she did have some special deal, it'd be like a "semi-exclusive with conditions"
which seems completely pointless and non-exclusive, i think you have to draw the line somewhere
