Yes... Katia Selinger was semi-exclusive at the Alexander Wang show.
He asked the agency to debut on his show.

^Semi-exclusives make sence in shows like Wang or Balenciaga that present around 3rd/4th day.
More with Wang because most of the times he wants simply to debut a girl and doesnt want to make her an exclusive (Mirte for example) and so he makes her a semi-exclusive.

Can someone explain to me what semi-exclusive means?

It means a brand like Balenciaga keep a model in exclusive before his show and after his show she can walks other shows.
For example, Balenciaga wanted Marie Piovesane as semi-exclusive. This means this will be her 1st show of Paris fashion week and she can't walk any other shows before him but after that she can walks every shows she wants.
