Exclusives

A lot of these exclusives make no sense at all since a lot of these exclusive wouldn't book another show anyway, and certainly not another blue chip runway. Are casting directors and designers doing exclusives for the models to make sure they don't show up on a C level runway b/c they think it will cheapen their presence on the blue chip runway? Or just a way to try to generate a small level of buzz?

A lot of these are not necessarily exclusives but special request. Some models, especially, established ones, rarely do castings anymore, so the CD/stylist/Brand request a girl specifically for that show. For example Lineisy flew to Milan the day before the Dolce show and left the day after, cause she was special requested for it so she only flew to do that one show. Obviously Karlie Kloss doing gucci, Kate Moss, etc, would only show up as special request in these shows.
