I like it, it's kind of like a darker spring

Lately I've been thinking a lot about this thread, especially seeing all the dark, winter-y collections some of the top designers have been coming up with. Maybe they're aware that by the time their S/S collections hit the runway, people are already over the F/W looks and wishing for something new and cutting edge to sport during what will inevitably be the following (cold) months.

In this aspect, people from the souther hemisphere are quite lucky :lol:
 
Up close a few of the Balenciaga herringbone even looks like figure skaters =)

Chanel also had a lot of wintry fabrics. Makes you wonder if it's just a trick of the eye because near the end there were some more as dresses, looking furry but were just shredded and in the details, you can see it's quite thin like chiffon...

I don't really like the idea of a darker spring... I loved last season's pastels!
