Yes, it's Fanni alright and indeed from Vogue Italy. What a blast from the past !

As you probably know, Fanni is nowadays a genuine artist of many trades living and working in New York. She recently married professional British photographer William 'Backyard Bill' Gentle. Fanni maintains a blog, address is http://fannybostromscuriosities.blogspot.com/.

From there you can find a link to her art blog as well as a link to Bill's photosite (named 'Backyard Bill') which has some pictures of Fanni in there as well when you browse thru the archive.

All in all, post-model life has been good for Fanni!
