P.S. Does everyone feel that pointy toe shoes are a fad? i think they are really fashionable and classic. Who here thinks that the Prada-like round toe thing is going to take the place of pointy toe shoes? I really am curious.

Pointy shoes will always be in style, just not the excaggerated pointiness. That's what some of us keep complaining about on various threads; too pointy... Really pointy shoes feels over and done with atm.
Round toes will not replace pointy ones any time soon, they're just another option.
