donuts arent on my nutritional menu.
i will however give in to a bagel, a hersheys with almond or even an occasional cookie maybe once every 1, 2 or 3 weeks.
i have even benen drinking an occasional hot chocolate this winter & I feel less happy about it, I need to be robo-spanked as negative reinforcement.

I defiance of the silver bullets of American capitalism, and also because they only sell them in London, I've never tasted a Krispy Kreme in my life! In my view donuts are only to be eaten from fairgrounds otherwise they just don't taste the same. It's like how chips only taste good if you nick someone else's.
