The setting is hideous, it looks like an editorial in one of those cheap Balkan fashion magazines.

Kendall is just not a good model. That's it.
Her poses are off and her face is dead. Fendi delivered when they had great models because no matter what, their campaigns are always simple in concept.

Kendall is no worse a model than many girls (Edie Campbell comes to mind) so I don´t blame her for this, she actually works well in a lot of pics imo (granted, she had 24 looks to work with)
Like many said, the biggest problem is PS. It makes her eyes look so weird in some pics

Her unease is mainly down to the set. Too spatial, and when you think of it, she always have props and the likes to work with. It looks like Karl tried to recreate that epic campaign with Freja for Chanel many years ago (I think it was a blue sky/white set).
