Fendi F/W 2025.26 Milan

The clothes? Wonderful. The casting? DIVINE.

Sumptuous, Italian glamour that I imagine will be highly coveted by the Lauren Sanchez's of the world.

I still think there is an approximately 0% chance fur makes a mainstream comeback in this day and age. I do wonder how much Fendi charges for a mink duster in 2025 though...

And I can certainly appreciate the hair & make-up. It's like they actually want their models to look, you know, pretty, which seems to be of little or no interest over at Prada ( )
but Prada has never been about pretty, has it?

While I agree Silvia has always done a good job, I am finding all the praise for this collection somehow overblown. It's certainly plushier than Kim's corporate offerings and quite understandable for an anniversary/"reclaiming" show, but a lot of it could and can be found at several of the brands that are doing that type of old-school Italian ritz regularly. Obviously, we judge collections/shows in the context of brands that are presenting them, but if Prada, Marni or even Ferragamo presented something that spelled as straightforwardly "renowned luxury made in Italy" as this, I don't think there would be so much appreciation, not even for singular outfits/pieces. If anything, we'd read about their respective creative directors becoming either tired or too commerce/status-driven and forgetting to play and experiment a bit - and that's what I am suggesting here.

Close to 50 k€ for a full length, 15-20 for a bomber in mink.

Oh gosh this is gorgeous. I can't even point out one bad thing. The materials, cuts, and colors ALL hit the right places.

I just watched the video and WOW. This collection is even better than I first thought. DRIPPING with quality and luxury. It's got PANACHE. The salmon pieces were especially so beautiful.

Glorious! Fabulous clothes, beautiful cast. Just perfect! Such an amazing feeling because I haven't seen Fendi clothes looking this fabulous since Kim Jones was appointed. Seriously, just give her creative control already.

The mood is wonderful ! It's rich, wealthy, opulent, gorgeous for the most part, and classy. I love when a house digs into and plants firmly in their heritage. Love the set and casting too.

The standards are so low nowadays where anything just a tiny above is impressive.

It’s cute. I don’t think they need an extra CD either.
Indeed, they are so low that leave me speechless. This is the 100 years anniversary yet this is what they can offer?

It’s like something Stuart Vevers would do at Loewe. Matronly and quite boring. Nothing exceptional aside from the materials used.

The more I see the less I understand the comments.
